Turkey Fest is the spring family-oriented festival in North Texas! Turkey Fest attracted 6,000 festival goers in 2016. We love to see our fest grow! Our team of volunteers loves this annual event. We see the positive impact on our community, our economy and the Henrietta and Clay County Chamber.
Turkey Fest is not just for hunters – it’s for the whole family. We make sure that we have activities for everyone and every budget. Plus, coming to the fest is free and there are plenty of free children’s activities to keep the kids occupied!

Turkey Fest is the only wild turkey festival dedicated to offering pro hunt teams a home away from home while they answer the call to become world champions. Teams are hosted and accommodated by local ranches. Teams consist of three members: a cameraman, caller, and marksman. The Turkey Fest is always looking for new talent to include in the competition. Teams must have a syndicated outdoor show broadcast on channels like Versus, Pursuit, or the Sportsman Channel to be considered for the competition.

Sponsored by The City of Henrietta, Bud-Light, Blitz Energy Services, Four Stars Auto Ranch, Kerr Feed & Grain, Patterson’s RV, Fidelity Bank, Guarantee Title, Turner Country Properties, and Pierce Sales.
There’s family activity all around the square, including a variety of vendors, carnival rides, a cook-off, pie-eating contest, 2019 Barrel Race Entry Form, live music and entertainment, pro teams and amateur hunters bring their final harvest in to be scored by the Texas Game Warden.

The Full Strut Banquet is sold out year after year. As of 2017, we’ve moved to the Coyote Creek Event Center to accommodate up to 350. And this year we are excited to announce that it will continue be held at the beautiful Coyote Creek Event Center. The multi-course buffet dinner is top notch and you can’t forget about the cash bar.
During the live auction, bid on a chance to learn from the pros and hunt with your favorite pro team.
Pro team winners are announced, the Turkey Fest World Champion is crowned, and the Battle of the Beards winners are recognized. Plus, it’s our chance to brag on our pro teams. We have a good time – you should come!
